The delegate fee is 1,880 RMB, equivalent to USD$260 (including conference fees, conference materials, insurance, taxes, and meals in-school cafeteria for lunch and dinner on May 23, lunch and dinner on May 24, and lunch on May 25).

How can I register?

If you are an international advisor (including Hong Kong and Macau), you can register a delegation here: Our registration forms for domestic delegates and domestic individual delegates will open soon.
What age range of students can register?

Delegates between ages 13-18 and students on a gap year before University are welcome to register. We welcome delegations of all sizes, including individual delegates, and encourage large schools to bring delegates of all levels.
Can I register as an individual delegate?

Yes! All delegates must however be accompanied by an advisor over the age of 18. We strongly encourage that all delegates register alongside school and club groups in order to facilitate having an advisor.
When does registration close?

YMUNC registration closes on May 11, but we highly encourage interested students and delegates to register as early as possible! If we reach enrollment capacity before then, we will close registration early and open a waitlist for delegates who were unable to complete registration.
What is the registration fee?

1,880 RMB, or USD$260 This covers the conference fees, conference materials, insurance, taxes, and meals in school cafeteria for lunch and dinner on May 23, lunch and dinner on May 24, and lunch on May 25. Note: Accommodation is not included in this registration fee and will not be provided.
Is there an advisor fee?

No, we do not charge an advisor fee. Advisors are more than welcome to observe our committees and other conference events!
Is there financial aid available?

Are there double delegates?

No, YMUNC does not have double delegate assignments. This is to ensure that our committee delegates are able to more uniquely understand each individual delegate’s need and skills.
Can I choose my committee?

Following registration, delegates will have the opportunity to rank their committee preferences. Delegates can expect country assignments to be released starting late March, and delegates who have registered earlier are guaranteed earlier assignment
