Delegates and advisors are invited to stay at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian for the duration of the conference. This is our recommended accommodation location, as a reduced rate of 150USD per room per night (double-bed room) can be reserved to fit your delegation's needs. This price includes breakfast, taxes, and shuttle bus service to and from the school on conference days.

 

To reserve hotel rooms, please send the reservation requirements (Number of rooms needed, check-in and checkout dates) to Hannah Wang at yiran.wang@welandedu.com. Due to the limited number of the hotel rooms, reservations will be made on a first come first served basis.

 

For delegates and advisors staying in the Hyatt Regency, the hotel will be providing a shuttle service between Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian and Shenzhen Foreign Languages School during the conference (pick-up and drop-off in the morning and evening every day, no service at other times).
